1) Eligibility (17+)
The Service is intended for users ages 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Service
Losorra transforms your home management experience by creating an organized digital archive of your living spaces, including optional AI-assisted organization and generation features that you can choose to use.
3) Accounts
3.1 Account creation
You may need to create an account using information such as your name, username, and email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4) User Content
4.1 Your content
You may upload, submit, store, or otherwise provide content such as photos, images, text, and other materials ("User Content").
4.2 Permissions
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Losorra a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and to perform the features you request.
4.3 Responsibility
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
5) AI-Assisted / Automated Features (Optional)
Some features may offer AI-assisted or automated processing of photos, images, or text to help you organize, generate, or enhance content for your archive.
- Processing location: uploaded photos, images, or text are processed on our own servers under our control.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share this uploaded content with any third parties for these features.
- One-time processing and deletion: content uploaded for one-time processing is deleted from our servers immediately after processing completes and results are returned, unless you choose to store it.
- No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers for identification purposes.
- No training / marketing: we do not use your uploaded content for advertising profiling or marketing, and we do not use it to train third-party models.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive way.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.
7) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service indicates that you have read and understand how we handle information.
8) Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by Losorra and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
9) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or our rights. Where practicable, we will provide notice.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. LOSORRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSORRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Losorra's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Losorra (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Losorra from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13) App Store Terms (Apple)
If you downloaded the app from Apple Inc.'s App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Losorra, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
- To the extent permitted by law, Apple will have no warranty obligations with respect to the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Service (e.g., wireless data service agreements).
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Losorra Team is primarily established, excluding its conflict of laws rules, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
15) Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action, except where prohibited by applicable law.
The arbitration will be conducted in a reasonably convenient location and/or by remote means where permitted. The arbitrator may award any relief available under applicable law, subject to these Terms.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
