This Privacy Policy explains how Losorra Team ("Losorra," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Losorra app and related services (the "Service").
Age Notice (17+)
Losorra is intended for users ages 17 and older (17+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.

1) About Losorra

Losorra transforms your home management experience by creating an organized digital archive of your living spaces, including optional AI-assisted organization and generation features that you can choose to use.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support: content you provide when contacting support (including attachments and any information you choose to share).
  • Optional content you upload: photos, images, and text you choose to upload to organize, generate, or enrich your archive (see Section 6).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, unique device identifiers (as permitted), and app version.
  • Usage data: in-app interactions, feature usage, approximate timestamps, and diagnostic events.
  • Crash logs and performance data: crash reports, diagnostics, and related technical logs.
  • Location information (with permission): precise or approximate location depending on your device settings and what you grant.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

If parts of the Service use web-based components, we may use cookies or similar technologies (and may include web beacons) for authentication/login persistence and remembering preferences. You can typically control cookies through your device or browser settings. Some features may not function properly without them.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (account creation, syncing, and core features).
  • Personalize your experience (preferences and organization settings).
  • Improve the Service (analytics, performance, and feature development).
  • Security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
  • Customer support and responding to requests.
  • Legal compliance and enforcing our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Disclosure and Sharing

We share information only as necessary and in the minimum amount required:

  • With your consent: when you direct us to share.
  • Service providers (processors): trusted vendors under contract to process only for our instructions.
  • Legal requirements: to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Protecting rights and safety: to prevent fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.

International transfers: information may be processed in other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

6) AI-Assisted Features and Content Processing (Optional)

Some features may offer AI-assisted or automated processing of photos, images, or text to help you organize, generate, or enhance content for your archive.

Processing location
Your uploaded photos, images, or text are processed on our own servers under our control.
No third-party sharing
We do not share this uploaded content with any third parties for these features.
No training / marketing
We do not use your uploaded content to train third-party models, for marketing, or for advertising profiling.
Deletion after processing
Content uploaded for one-time processing is deleted from our servers immediately after processing completes and results are returned, unless you choose to store it.
User control
You decide whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs.

7) Photos, Face Data, and Biometrics

  • No facial recognition and no biometric identifiers collected for identification purposes.
  • One-time processing where applicable, with server-side inputs deleted as described above.
  • Default local storage: your archive content is stored locally on your device unless you enable syncing.
  • No training / marketing for photos or images.

8) Security

  • Encryption in transit and (where applicable) at rest.
  • Access control and least-privilege practices.
  • Periodic reviews/audits and monitoring.
  • Backups and recovery procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Data Retention

  • Account information: retained for the life of your account.
  • After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
  • Usage data: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Support content: retained for up to 6 months.

We may retain certain information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security where necessary.

10) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent (where applicable).

We will respond within 5 business days where practicable, and within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11) Location Controls

If you enable location features, you can allow precise or approximate location. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings. If you revoke permission, related features may stop working.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and, where required, provide additional notice in the app or by other means.
